ETJ x Driftwood Endless Summer Mix

Music has always played a big part in my life. I grew up playing classical piano until I vehemently contested it - which I totally regret now because it was amazing how easy the piano came to me. In high school, my best friends and I formed a trio indie girl punk band. That's an amazing story that I'll save for another post. And since then, I'm always in search of new music and plugged into tunes that capture my mood for the moment.

There is so much music to sift through these days, it's ideal to have a few go-to blogs to find music that you identify with. Lucky for me, I've been long-time friends with Eric Walker, co-founder of Driftwood Music Blog. For the past 10 years, I've had the opportunity of enjoying his playlists on formats that reflected the technology at the time. It was always so fun to get a new CD from Eric because I knew I had awesome music to listen to on the 210 driving to work. Now, I follow Driftwood on Spotify and listen to their "Best of" annual playlists while I make jewelry. Both Eric and Tony have great taste in music and I like that they have different preferences. It keeps it fresh and adds dimension to their tracks.

This month, Driftwood created the Endless Summer playlist just for ETJ!! Have a listen and definitely follow. Feel free to share with friends!
